  • Take the Cross Island Parkway or I-495 W. Merge onto I-95 N via the Bronx. Cross the George Washington Bridge → Take Fort Lee exit → Follow signs to Schlosser St.

From Connecticut

  • Take I-95 S or Merritt Parkway S → Merge onto I-287 W toward the Tappan Zee (Mario Cuomo) Bridge → Merge onto Palisades Interstate Parkway S → Exit onto Fletcher Ave → Turn onto Schlosser St.

From Philadelphia

  • Take I-95 N or NJ Turnpike N to Exit 18E → Merge onto I-95 N toward George Washington Bridge → Cross bridge → Take Fort Lee exit → Follow local signs to Schlosser St.

Cancelation Policy

WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE CAN BE UNPREDICTABLE, AND THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOUR SCHEDULED TIME IS SET ASIDE EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU, SO WE KINDLY REQUEST A 48-HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. THIS ALLOWS US TO FILL THE APPOINTMENT SLOT AND ACCOMMODATE OTHER GUESTS WHILE AVOIDING A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS CAN BE CHALLENGING FOR US TO MANAGE, WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THIS POLICY.

No-Show Policy

WE VALUE YOUR TIME AND APPRECIATE YOUR MUTUAL RESPECT AS WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. WHEN YOU MISS A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE, IT IMPACTS OUR TEAM, WHO RELY ON THESE SERVICES FOR THEIR LIVELIHOOD. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO-SHOW IN OUR SYSTEM, AND A 100% FEE WILL BE CHARGED, AS WE ARE UNABLE TO FILL THAT TIME SLOT.

Late Policy

IF YOU ANTICIPATE BEING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL! WE DO OUR BEST TO ALLOCATE THE NECESSARY TIME FOR EACH SERVICE, AND ACCOMMODATING LATE ARRIVALS CAN SOMETIMES DISRUPT OUR SCHEDULE. WHILE WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PERFORM AS MUCH OF THE SERVICE AS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE FULL SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETED THAT DAY. YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SERVICE SCHEDULED.

IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS, ARRIVING LATE MAY REQUIRE RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF THIS IS NECESSARY, A RESCHEDULING FEE OF 30% WILL APPLY, AND PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE WE CAN ARRANGE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
